UK International Soccer is recruiting for the role of recruitment assistant to support and drive forward our recruitment team. The role of recruitment assistant is part-time, based within the United Kingdom, and will initially be on a one-year contract with the potential to progress to a full-time position.
It provides a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to challenge themselves in the football industry and test their keen eye for spotting talented football coaches as well as providing strong administrative support to the recruitment director. While this role will involve some traveling at certain points of the year, the post is mainly an administrative role that will be conducted from a home office. The primary objective of the role is to provide administrative support and assist with interviewing staff.
A background in recruitment
Experience in administrative roles

Main Role & Responsibilities
To provide strong administrative support to the recruitment team. This will include, but not be limited to, data input, spreadsheet and database updating, email responses, telephone calls, and communication with potential and current coaches
Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to all queries and emails
Promoting opportunities with the organisation through advertising and social media
Working closely alongside existing key partners to maintain and grow relationships
Cold calling new clients to establish new relationships and partnerships
Interviewing potential coaches for all UKIS contracts
Practically assessing potential coaches for all UKIS contracts.
